Spoonbill Spitfire!

I drew an armoured Spoonbill that has missiles under it's wings, and it has spoon darts on the tips of it's wings, lastly I added a helicopter cap Blog you later By Stephen

  1. Kia ora Stephen. What a great picture. I remember seeing spoonbills for the first time this year on Kapiti Island. Have you even seen one? I wonder if having missiles under its wings will affect its flying? And who would the missiles be aimed at?

    1. Kia ora Phil, Thanks for the awesome compliment about my drawing, I had great fun drawing it. We have seen Spoonbills many times before at Mangere Bridge, but we only see them when the tide is out.

      I don't know if the missiles would effect the wings, the missiles could be aimed at it's predators like wild cats and stray dogs.

  2. Kia ora Stephen, thank you for posting your spoonbill picture with all of its armour you designed. I think that your chosen bird would be very well protected from its predators. Have you seen a spoonbill? There are some often in the estuaries at Ambury Farm.
