Past and Future Volcanoes

  1. Kia Ora, Stephen, what a fantastic presentation, I thought I knew most in facts about volcanoes but this shows me there is heaps more to learn. Have you ever been to Rangitoto, a great place to visit but try and and go on an overcast day as there is hardly any shelter from the sun.

    1. Kia ora Mr P,
Thank you so much for commenting on my blog, so yeah I had no idea about Volcano's until this slide came along so then I had to read books about Volcano's and it was actually pretty interesting to read.

I have never been to Rangitoto but my dad said we will one day go there after the lock down is finshed.

How high did you go up Rangitoto?
      Blog you later.
      Bye

  2. Kia ora Stephen, thank you for sharing your glossary of volcanic terms slide on your blog. The pictures, along with the definitions are really interesting. Well done. Which type of eruption do you find the most interesting?

  3. Hi Stephan,
    Samantha from room 8 here.
I really like your descriptive sentences like: The lava is as quick as a cheetah! What volcano do you live closest too?
    Samantha.
